With the ITDreamWire, a basic phone number usually includes the following:

  1. A phone or e-fax extension
  2. A 4 digit internal extension number
  3. Features such as Voicemail, Call Forwarding, etc.

Phone numbers can also be directed to any point in your call flow. 

For example, if you have a local number that rings your receptionist, you can also add a toll-free number to that same phone. 

If you have a number that rings a queue of agents, you can add another number that also rings that same queue. 

The beauty of this system is that any phone number you own can be directed to any point within your organization!
